3. User Responsibilities

4. Liability & Governing Law

All content available on Fix Price Business, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Fix Price Business or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended networking and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the platform without express written consent. Users represent that any content they upload is their own or that they have the necessary rights to share it, and grant Fix Price Business a royalty-free license to display such content for platform operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fix Price Business acts strictly as a networking facilitator. We are not a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or party to any transaction between users. Suspension & Termination
Fix Price Business reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, manufacturer partners, or the integrity of our global trade network. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user will immediately cease, and Fix Price Business shall have no liability for any loss resulting from the suspension or closure of access.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
